Managing Editor, Journal Of Right-wing Studies

Eliah Bures is an accomplished academic and editor with extensive experience in the field of right-wing studies and international relations. Currently serving as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Right-Wing Studies and a Senior Fellow at the Center for Right-Wing Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Eliah has played a pivotal role in the journal’s development since its anticipated launch in 2022. Additionally, Eliah holds the position of Book Review Editor for H-Ideas at H-Net, overseeing the publication process for various reviews. Previous roles include teaching at the University of Kansas and IE University, along with leadership positions at the German School of the East Bay. Eliah is a PhD graduate in modern European history from the University of California, Berkeley, complementing academic pursuits with a Postgraduate Certificate in Editing from The University of Chicago Graham School and a BA in History and German from The University of Kansas.
