Ella Callow

Ella Callow is the Director of the Office of Disability Access & Compliance at the University of California, Berkeley, where they guide campus policies alongside renowned faculty, staff, and students. Previously, they served as the Legal Program Director at The National Center for Parents with Disabilities and their Families from 2004 to 2017, focusing on the civil rights of parents with disabilities and the impact on Indigenous communities. Ella also worked as a Disability Specialist for the City of Berkeley for a year. They hold a Juris Doctor degree in Federal Indian Law from Berkeley Law, which they completed in 2001.
