Ellen Eisen

Professor

Ellen Eisen is a Professor of Environmental Health Science at the University of California Berkeley, where they study workplace exposures and health outcomes in large cohort studies. They have a particular interest in addressing selection bias through healthy worker selection and utilize a counterfactual framework to evaluate hypothetical interventions. Previously, Ellen served as an Adjunct Professor of Environmental Health at Harvard School of Public Health from 1997 to 2012. Ellen holds a Doctorate in Biostatistics and Occupational Health from Harvard School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
