Ellen Loyd

Ellen Loyd, PHRca, SPHR, serves as the HR Staff Manager for Campus Shared Services at the University of California, San Francisco since November 2016, while also fulfilling the role of HR Supervisor at UC Berkeley since December 2013, where leadership and coordination of HR professionals serve over 3,000 employees across 33 departments in the Division of Student Affairs. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Gate Gourmet, where Ellen Loyd developed HR strategies for a $90M operating unit with over 850 employees, and as Director of Human Resources at Cliff Berry, Inc., successfully managing HR operations across seven offices and saving costs on 401k management. Additional roles include Manager of Human Resources at Budget Mini-Storage, Chief Talent Scout at Xcelerate Corp., and Regional Manager of Recruiting at Cambridge Technology Partners. Ellen Loyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University.
