Emily Epstein is the Founder and CEO of Oakbay Consulting, established in May 2009, where services include enhancing negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills for professionals across various fields. Since January 2011, Emily has also served as a Lecturer of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, and as an Instructor at Harvard University since November 2015, focusing on Negotiation and Women's Leadership Skills.
