Emily Hicks

Emily Hicks currently serves as the Associate Director of Donor Engagement for Athletics at the University of California, Berkeley, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director in the same department. With a background in sports management acquired through a Master of Kinesiology from Saint Mary's College of California, Emily has experience in social media management and event coordination, demonstrated during a tenure as a Graduate Assistant for softball at Saint Mary's College. Prior to that, Emily was the Director of Events for the Associated Students of Sonoma State University, where over 25 events were planned for up to 5,000 attendees, managing significant budgets and vendor coordination. Additional roles at Sonoma State University include serving as a Senior Orientation Leader and Orientation Leader, focusing on team management and student transitions.
