Eran Rabani is a Faculty Scientist at Berkeley Lab since October 2015 and holds the position of Director at The Sackler Center for Computational Molecular and Materials Science and Professor of Chemistry at Tel Aviv University, where employment began in October 1999. At UC Berkeley, Rabani serves as a Professor and Glenn T. Seaborg Chair in Physical Chemistry since July 2014, along with roles as Vice President for R&D, Chair of the Department of Chemical Physics, and Director of undergraduate studies. Past experiences include Associate Editor for Nano Letters from January 2015 to December 2021, Visiting Miller Professor at UC Berkeley, and Visiting Professor at Harvard University. Rabani's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Theoretical Chemistry and a B.Sc. in a Special Program Amirim, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
