Faye Snowden

Faye Snowden, PMP, PMI-PBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Technology Programs and Governance at the University of California, Berkeley, where the focus is on managing the Technology Program Office to coordinate strategic IT projects. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager and Director of Communications Infrastructure at the University of the Pacific, where Faye led significant initiatives including the establishment of a Program Management Office, the redesign of the financial framework, ITIL implementation, and enhancements to security protocols. Faye's career began at American Stores, progressing from Computer Operator to Manager of Data Management. Faye holds an M.A. in English from California State University, Stanislaus, and a BA in English from the University of the Pacific.
