Frank McKenna is a seasoned research engineer at UC Berkeley, a position held since February 1998. Previously, Frank served as a structural engineer at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill from 1987 to 1991. Frank earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1992 and 1997, and holds a BA, BAI, and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, completed from 1983 to 1987.
