Janet Dorling

Janet Dorling currently serves as Senior Vice President for Gilead Sciences, where responsibilities include leading operations across diverse global markets in the Intercontinental Region and overseeing Gilead Patient Solutions. With extensive experience in commercial strategy, Dorling has held previous roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy and Operations at Gilead and Chief Commercial Officer at both Achaogen and CymaBay Therapeutics. Additional positions include leadership roles in marketing and product strategy at Roche and Genentech. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Pharmacology and Cancer Biology from Duke University, and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
