Jason Christopher is an accomplished cybersecurity director and research computing architect at the University of California, Berkeley since June 2015, specializing in secure research data and computing platforms for sensitive data management. With prior experience as IT Policy and Process Lead at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Jason effectively guided cybersecurity policy and compliance initiatives, including leading responses to federal IT audits. Jason's tenure in academia includes roles as a lecturer and director of IT at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. Jason also co-founded Questron Inc. and holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Legal and Political Theory from UCL and a BA in History/Philosophy from Wake Forest University.
