Jill Rodde

Jill Rodde is an accomplished Senior HR Strategist at the University of California, Berkeley, with extensive experience in human capital strategy and organizational leadership. Previously, Jill served as the Chief Operating Officer at Harlem Lacrosse, where oversight included human capital strategy and operational management during substantial organizational growth. As National Director of Operations at Revolve Community, Jill developed a strategic plan for transitioning the organization to an independent entity. Additional experience includes roles at UC Berkeley focusing on high-impact projects and various positions at Teach For America, contributing to diversity and regional alumni support. Jill holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from California State University - East Bay.
