Jim Cohen is the Founder of Jim Cohen Sherpa, where since January 1991, guidance is provided to individuals and teams in uncovering their potential and fostering connections. In addition to this role, Jim serves as an Instructor at Kellogg Executive Education and has been a Guest Lecturer at Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute since 2016. Jim plays a collaborative role at The Corkins Exchange, fostering idea exchange and creativity among like-minded individuals. With a history of collaboration with Big Muse and contributions as an Expert Contributor at the University of California, Berkeley on Healthy Workplaces, Jim also provides guest lectures at various institutions including UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Howard Ecker and Company. Jim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology and attended the High School of Music and Art in New York City.
