Kirk Everist

Kirk Everist is an accomplished water polo coach currently serving as the Head Coach for the Men's Varsity Water Polo Program at UC Berkeley since August 2002, where responsibilities include team management, budgeting, recruiting, and community engagement. In addition, Kirk has been the Chief Technical Director at 680 Water Polo Association since February 2019, focusing on coaching and skill development for youth programs. Kirk co-founded the Everist Core Water Polo Academy in 2011, emphasizing fundamental skills for player development. Prior to the coaching career, Kirk held the position of Inside Sales Manager at Intraware and completed an internship with the Governor of California. Kirk holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
