Michael Hinshaw is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in customer experience management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as President of McorpCX since March 2015, Michael leads a company that specializes in consulting, design, and technology solutions for customer-centric organizations. In addition to this role, Michael is a Mentor and Richard H. Holton Teaching Fellow at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where guidance is provided to MBA students launching innovative startups. Previously, Michael held prominent positions at MCorp Consulting, China Prime, Touchpoint Metrics, The Innes Group, Golden Gate University, Verida Internet Corp., and Triad, Inc., contributing significantly to developments in customer experience, brand strategy, and investment consulting. Michael holds an MFA in Design and Communication and a BFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and the University of San Francisco.
