Olivia Goldring

Olivia Goldring serves as a Graduate Student Instructor of Record for the undergraduate introductory French Language sequence at the University of California, Berkeley, where responsibilities include teaching French 1, French 2, and French 3 from June 2022 to the present. Currently pursuing a PhD in French with a focus on Critical Theory at UC Berkeley, Olivia previously held the position of Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management and worked as a Legal Analyst in the Asset Management division at Goldman Sachs. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Cornell University's Ferguson Automaticity Lab, a Fact-Checker at The New Yorker, and an intern with the Council of Europe. Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Humanities with a concentration in French & Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Government, Psychology, and French from Cornell University. Early education was completed at Riverdale Country School.
