Pascal Issa

Pascal Issa currently serves as a Manager of Cyber Defense Operations at Google, a position held since October 2022. In addition, Pascal is a lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, starting in August 2021. Prior experience includes over eight years at Neohapsis, now part of Cisco, in various roles including Technical Leader of Assessments and Penetration Testing and Senior Security Consultant. Pascal also held several positions at Symantec from 2008 to 2013, culminating as Principal Security Architect. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Security Officer and Help Desk Manager at the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon. Pascal earned a Master's degree in Information and Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BSc in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
