Scott Moura

Scott Moura is currently the PATH Faculty Director and a Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where they focus on the intersection of energy and mobility networks. They previously served as an Associate Professor and held an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship while earning their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Moura has gained extensive experience through internships at Daimler Chrysler and Ford Motor Company, as well as roles at Southern California Edison and MINES ParisTech. Their research interests include modeling and control strategies for advanced battery management systems and electrified vehicles.
