Tom Devlin

Tom Devlin is an experienced professional in career services and consulting, currently serving as Co-Founder of the Global Career Services Summit since 2015 and holding an ongoing position in international consulting since January 2008. Tom has supported universities in enhancing their career centers across various countries, including Algeria, Rwanda, China, and the Philippines. Previously, Tom worked as Executive Director at the University of California Berkeley from January 1998 and was the Executive Director of Career Services at Cornell University from 1985 to 1997. Tom holds a Master's degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Bowling Green State University and has an educational background from SUNY Geneseo.
