Ziming Mao is currently a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, under the guidance of Professors Ion Stoica and others, since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at Yale University from October 2020 to May 2023, where Ziming conducted research on Memory Disaggregation and Multi-attribute Data Store with Professor Anurag Khandelwal, as well as work on Text Summarization and Question Answering advised by Professor Dragomir Radev. Ziming also held an Undergraduate Researcher position at Carnegie Mellon University from January 2022 to September 2022 with Professor Rashmi Vinayak, and was a Student Researcher at Nanyang Technological University from May 2017 to March 2018, where research focused on Membrane Filtration and 3D Printing under Professor Bing Wu. Ziming holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from Yale University (2019-2023) and is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley (2023-2028), following a high school diploma from Hwa Chong Institution's Science and Math Talent Program (2015-2018).
