Executed business restructuring activities such as Buy Back, Demerger and Amalgamation

Steered the acquisition of Cinemax India Ltd. with 38 properties and 138 screens and DT Cinemas with 8 properties and 32 screens including due diligence, negotiation & document closure with target and fund raising from market / investor
 
Reduced borrowing costs which resulted in annual saving of INR 6 Crores
