Vatomene Pinheiro possesses extensive experience in communication and project management, currently serving as Supervisora de comunicação and Técnico de projeto at Ucall since June 2020, overseeing project timelines and quality assurance. Previous roles include Editora de Conteúdo at Digital Factory Angola, where content creation and logistics management were key responsibilities, and various positions at Ucall since 2012 that focused on IT ticket management, content processes, and customer service.
