Crysil Dougherty

Crysil Dougherty, RN, MHA, BSN, PHN, is a dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as Supervisor of Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Services at UCare since June 2022, where Crysil oversees a team of clinicians in care management for members with mental health and substance use needs. Prior experience includes roles as Care Manager at UCare, Nurse Liaison at Fairview Health Services, and Nurse Manager at People Incorporated Mental Health Services, demonstrating a strong background in mental health services and management. Crysil also co-owns Full Circle Painting LLC, responsible for business operations and online presence. Crysil's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University.
