Laurel Clift

Laurel Clift is a Senior Software Analyst specializing in Robotic Process Automation and a Senior Process Improvement Analyst at UCare since July 2015. Prior to this role, Laurel served as the Manager of Business Continuity at Ameriprise Financial from April 2008 to November 2009, where responsibilities included deploying real-time emergency responses and managing crisis situations. From September 2003 to April 2008, Laurel worked at American Express Financial Advisors as a Six Sigma Black Belt, overseeing a portfolio of projects aimed at ensuring compliance and customer focus, as well as leading a certification program for process improvement initiatives. Laurel holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
