Rob Burkhardt

Rob Burkhardt is a seasoned professional in the healthcare management sector, currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for Special Needs Plans at UCare since July 2011. In this role, Burkhardt oversees Medicaid special population and Medicare Special Needs Plans, managing over 68,000 members and generating an annual revenue of $1.7 billion.
