Alexia Williams

Alexia Williams currently serves as the Through Life Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce, where experience includes a position as a Deployed Lifecycle Engineer working on the TP400 engine. Alexia completed a Masters Degree Apprenticeship in Through-life System Sustainment at Cranfield University. In addition to this role, Alexia is actively involved in several organizations, including serving as a Trustee for Enginuity, a Non Executive Director at EAL, and Chair of the Apprentice Panel for Skills England. Further contributions include roles as an Apprentice Representative for both the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the UCAS Apprenticeship Stakeholder Group, as well as being a Panel Member for the IMechE Western Region. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering and a Level 4 Diploma in Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing, along with additional qualifications in aerospace, aviation, and foundational subjects.
