Ian Humphray

Ian Humphray is an experienced workplace experience manager with a strong background in optimizing office environments for users and businesses. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience Programme Manager at UCAS since June 2021, Ian previously held the role of Workplace Experience Manager at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2015 to June 2021, where skills in project delivery, planning techniques, and continuous improvement were honed. Prior experience includes serving as Workplace Strategy Manager and Facilitator at Severn Trent Water from January 1999 to February 2015, and as a Quality Specialist at Liaison VAT Consultancy from 1994 to 1998, focusing on ISO 9000 quality management systems. Ian holds a BA Hons in Business Studies (Finance) from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 1991, and attended St George of England from 1977 to 1982.
