Jo Richards

Jo Richards currently serves as a Senior Insight Lead at UCAS since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jo held various positions at the University of Warwick from August 2014 to May 2022, including Associate Director of Market Research and Insight, interim Head of Market Research and Insight, and Market Research and Insight Manager. Jo's earlier experience includes roles at the University of Liverpool from June 2008 to August 2014, where positions included Head of Market Intelligence and Marketing Strategy and Head of Market Research. Additionally, Jo worked at the University of Leeds as a Customer Insight Analyst from January 2007 to June 2008 and began a career as a Market Analyst at the University of Bradford from January 2004 to January 2007.
