Joe Paley

Joe Paley is the Head of International and Partnership Development at the University of South Wales (USW), where they currently lead efforts in international recruitment, partnerships, and student support in alignment with the university's 2030 strategy. With a MSc in International Marketing from the University of Sussex, Joe has built a strong foundation in developing effective marketing strategies across diverse international markets, contributing to significant growth in student enrollment from regions such as West/Southern Africa and Bangladesh. Previously, as the International Development Manager at USW, they oversaw recruitment operations for several regions and managed international digital marketing initiatives. Joe also actively participates on advisory boards for BUILA and UCAS, focusing on enhancing international education and fostering partnerships globally.
