Mark Weller

Mark Weller is currently the Technical Operations Lead at UCAS, managing a team of 22 IT staff who provide support to 32 schools in Swindon and surrounding areas. They previously served as the Head of IT at the University of Gloucestershire and have extensive experience in various IT roles, including Head of IT and Communication at The White Horse Federation. Mark's expertise spans multiple technologies, supported by certifications from Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, and Prince2. They are responsible for managing IT budgets, preparing business cases for technology implementations, and ensuring the availability of critical networks and resources across educational establishments.
