Rory G.

Rory G. is an accomplished data science and engineering leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing data strategies to drive commercial and charitable outcomes. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Engineering at UCAS since March 2021, Rory G. oversees a team of 40 professionals and focuses on AI deployment and data optimization. Previous roles include Group Head of Data Science at A-Plan Insurance, where Rory G. led machine learning initiatives post-private equity investment, and various positions at Endsleigh Insurance, including Head of Pricing and Analytics and Trustee Director of the pension scheme. Rory G. possesses a strong academic background with a BA hons in Philosophy from the University of Warwick.
