Adam P. has a diverse work experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field. Adam is currently working as the Global Medical Director (PsA) at UCB since March 2021. Prior to this, Adam held multiple roles at Celgene, including Global Medical Affairs Manager, Senior Field Med Affairs, Medical Affairs Advisor, and Regional Medical Liason. Adam was responsible for setting up the Celgene UK inflammation and immunology business unit and launching a new medicine in the UK. Adam also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at King's College London, where they developed new bioinformatics methodologies to identify genetic and epigenetic causes of disease. Adam started their career at Pfizer as a Clinical trials associate and later worked at GSK as a Medical Affairs Associate in Japan. Overall, Adam has gained expertise in various therapeutic areas and has experience in clinical trials administration and medical affairs.

Adam P. received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Bath. Adam then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Genetics and Molecular Medicine at King's College London. In addition, they completed a research secondment in Paediatric Cardiology at Vanderbilt University.
