Aymeric Ousset

Aymeric OUSSET currently serves as Drug Product Lead at UCB since November 2018, overseeing the development of innovative formulations and manufacturing processes for pre-clinical and clinical trial materials. Prior to this role, Aymeric conducted a PhD thesis at the University of Sunderland from February 2015 to November 2018, focusing on screening methods for developing binary spray-dried amorphous solid dispersions. Aymeric also worked as Associate Principal Scientist at UCB Pharma from March 2014 to November 2014, where efforts centered on enhancing the oral bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs through mesoporous silica formulations. Additionally, Aymeric gained research experience as a Research Associate at the University of Copenhagen in 2013, synthesizing and characterizing amphiphilic tetraoxa[8]circulenes. Academic credentials include a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Sunderland and an Engineering degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
