Becky M.

Becky M. has over 20 years of experience in communications and recruitment, currently serving as the Associate Director, Communications Lead for U.S. Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes at UCB since February 2012. In this role, Becky leads the development and implementation of organizational communications strategies, oversees internal and external communications for Global Clinical Development, and advises senior leadership on communications strategy and media relations. Prior to UCB, Becky worked as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Onsite Companies and Aerotek Scientific, where significant achievements included developing new territory in the pharmaceutical and biotechnical sectors and consistently exceeding sales expectations. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
