Bernard Marin

Bernard Marin has extensive work experience at UCB, starting in 2012. Bernard has held several leadership roles, including Data Office Transformation Lead and Data Foundation Lead. In these roles, Bernard actively supports teams across the company in building their data capability and focuses on targeted use cases aligned with the company's strategy. Prior to these roles, Bernard worked as a Programs & Change Lead for 8 years, leading corporate programs and projects in various areas such as finance operations, compliance, and internal controls. Before UCB, Bernard worked at UCB Pharma SA as a Credit & Collection Manager and an Accounts Payable Manager.

Bernard Marin obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from UMH-Institut Warocqué from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from PME Gilly from 1994 to 1996 and another Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from IESN from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Bernard has completed various in-house trainings and obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and the International Institute for Learning, focusing on topics such as business analytics, agile project management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and data science.
