Cameron Leach

Cameron Leach currently serves as the Market Access & Pricing professional for Intercontinental Markets at UCB, a position held since 2022. Previously, Cameron was the General Manager for European Distributor Markets at Celgene from 2018 to 2020, leading a cross-functional team to enhance partnerships in the EU's emerging region. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Market Access & Corporate Affairs for Greece, The Balkans, Israel, the Middle East, and Africa at Celgene Europe Limited from 2014 to 2018, and as Head of Oncology Business Unit for the Intercontinental Region at Sanofi from 2010 to 2014. Earlier roles at Sanofi also involved managing oncology marketing in international arenas. Cameron holds an Executive Education degree in Transitional Leadership from INSEAD, a Professional Education degree in Negotiation Skills from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Law from Western Sydney University.
