Previously, they held various leadership roles at Novartis Oncology, including Senior Director of Medical Portfolio Strategy and Emerging Growth Markets Haematology Franchise Head, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives across multiple disease areas. Cassandra's career began in clinical pharmacy and education, marked by their commitment to integrating innovative solutions in healthcare and emphasizing change management within complex organizations. They hold a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Sydney and have pursued additional certifications in leadership, marketing, and Scrum methodologies.
