Chen Tsai

Chen Tsai is currently the Quality Assurance Lead for Southeast Asia at UCB, where they serve as a GMP & GDP Subject Matter Expert and an Extended Leadership Team Member. They previously held significant roles at Roche as a Quality Assurance Manager, and at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Associate Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed various quality affairs and regulatory compliance. Chen began their career leading the Validation Department at Savior Lifetec Corporation. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Evansville.
