Dan Chapman

Dan Chapman has over two decades of experience in the field of informatics and data management, currently serving as the Head of IT New Medicines Information Management at UCB since January 2005. Under Dr. Chapman's leadership, a team focuses on fostering a data-driven environment to enhance insights for the scientific community. Prior to UCB, Dr. Chapman held multiple roles at AstraZeneca from 1997 to 2005, including Senior Technical Specialist and various leadership positions in therapeutic informatics and software development. Dr. Chapman’s educational background includes a Postdoctoral degree from the University of Cambridge, a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University.
