Ella Mi

Ella Mi is currently serving as an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow in Medical Oncology at the University of Oxford and as a Clinical/Tech Consultant at UCB. With extensive experience in various roles, Ella has acted as a VC Advisor at MBX Capital and held leadership positions at the British Medical Association, including Chair of the Academic Trainees Committee. Previous contributions include serving as an AI Consultant for NHS England, where Ella developed AI algorithms for educational programs, and working as a Machine Learning Researcher at Imperial College London, focusing on cancer imaging and Covid-19 risk estimation in cancer patients. Ella's clinical experience encompasses roles at several NHS trusts during the Covid-19 pandemic and involvement in educational program development for medical students. Ella's academic credentials include an MS in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Smartly Institute.
