Els Hendrickx is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and controlling. From 2001 to 2005, Els served as a Finance Manager at both Cristal Global and Millennium Chemicals. Currently, since January 2021, Els holds multiple roles at UCB, including Head of FP&A R&D - Group CAPEX, Controlling, I2I Lead Global Supply Chain and Global QA, and R&D Controlling.
