Francois Botteman

Francois Botteman is a highly experienced professional with a Doctorate in Chemistry from UMONS, completed in 2001. Beginning as a Research Assistant in the organic chemistry department at UMONS, Francois gained practical teaching experience. Subsequently, at UCB, from 2012 to 2017, Francois held multiple leadership roles including Analytical Project Leader and Head of Devices and Delivery Systems Science, managing drug product projects through various phases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience at UCB Pharma involved overseeing external activities, project management, and coordination of clinical trials for new chemical entities. Earlier work included research on new materials and polymers at Materia Nova, focusing on gene therapy applications.
