Frédéric Henry

Frédéric Henry is currently the Head of Digital End To End Supply at UCB, where they focus on digitally transforming the Patient Supply process through innovative collaboration across various departments. They previously held multiple roles at UCB, including Director of Tech Ops Plants Controlling and Manufacturing Operations and Support Director, where they managed operations support and performance management for global manufacturing sites. Frédéric holds a Master's degree in Economics from KU Leuven and an APICS Certification. They began their career with UCB as an SAP Business Project Leader and have extensive experience in finance and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.
