Gino Silverans

Gino Silverans is an experienced finance and audit professional currently serving as the Global Internal Audit Lead at UCB since September 2016. Gino has held various leadership roles at UCB, including Head of Finance EU5 & Northern Europe, Insight-to-Impact Lead for Patient Value Functions, IT and Procurement, and Global Finance Business Partner, where contributions focused on enhancing decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and driving performance measurement. Prior to UCB, Gino spent a decade at KPMG Belgium as a Senior Manager in Forensic, emphasizing the integration of risk management into organizational culture. Gino holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and Finance with distinction from KU Leuven and a 1st Class Standard degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Glasgow.
