Gustaf Rydevik

Gustaf Rydevik is a statistician with over 15 years of experience across public, academic, and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Early Development Statistics at UCB, they lead statistical operations for compounds in development and manage a small team. Gustaf's prior roles include Senior Statistician and Principal Statistician at UCB, as well as Research Fellow at the Roslin Institute, and PhD Student at the University of York. They possess expertise in quantitative decision-making, Bayesian modeling, and various statistical techniques, complemented by a strong interest in communication and leadership. Gustaf holds a Master's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Biostatistics from Uppsala University.
