Il S. is an experienced business leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Immunology at UCB Korea, where they are responsible for establishing the immunology foundation. Previously, Il S. held positions such as CVRM Business Unit Director at AstraZeneca Korea, managing over $100 million in sales, and General Manager of Elanco Korea, overseeing a $15 million business. They began their career at LG Household & Healthcare and have also worked extensively with Eli Lilly, where they led successful brand launches in multiple therapeutic areas. Il S. holds a BA in Economics from 성균관대학교 and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, while currently pursuing further studies at the University of Chicago.
