Jared Johnson

Jared Johnson is a seasoned data investigator and solution finder with nearly 20 years of experience in CRM systems, customer data analysis, and project development aimed at enhancing marketing and communication outcomes. Currently serving as the DT Technical Lead for Omnichannel at UCB, Jared previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager for CRM Marketing Analytics at Emory Healthcare, where they launched and maintained multiple marketing cloud solutions. They began their career at BB&T as a Mortgage Collections Agent and have since worked across various roles, including Information Analyst at Carolina First Bank and Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Spanish from Furman University.
