Jason Soper

Jason Soper is currently the State Government Relations and Public Affairs Lead - East at UCB, focusing on advocacy and policy initiatives. With over a decade of experience in government affairs, they previously held roles such as Director of Government Affairs for the North Carolina Chamber and Director of Legislative Affairs for the NC Department of Transportation. Throughout their career, Jason has successfully led strategic legislative agendas and fostered partnerships to influence policy, notably in healthcare and transportation. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from North Carolina Central University.
