Koen Union

Koen Union is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and sales across the pharmaceutical industry. They began their career as a District Manager at Bio-Therabel and later served as a Regional Sales Manager at AstraZeneca. At UCB, they held several significant roles, including Insight Manager NPS for Europe, where they drove customer-centric insights, and ultimately became the Global Head of Market Research, leading a team to integrate insights into strategic business decisions. Koen earned a Master's degree in Physical Education from Universiteit Gent.
