Lance Smallshaw

Lance Smallshaw has over three decades of experience in analytical sciences and regulatory intelligence, currently serving as the Pharmacopoeia Leader for UCB's Regulatory Intelligence Network since February 2011, alongside expertise in global quality analytical strategies for both new biological entities and commercial products. Prior to UCB, Lance worked at Eli Lilly and Company for nearly 30 years as a Senior Scientist, focusing on quality control and regulatory compliance in laboratory environments. Lance holds a BSc(Hons) in Applied Chemistry with specializations in Natural Products, Biochemistry, and Biotechnology from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 1989.
